If you’ve already got some shoes that you’d love to have customised with your own trainer design, we can do that for you – we’re able to paint on every type of canvas or leather shoe as long as it’s in good condition. But brand-new shoes always produce a better result as over time, grime and dirt builds up on footwear, so if we need to clean your shoes to paint on them, we’ll need to charge you an additional fee. The only limit to trainer design is your imagination, so feel free to really unleash your creativity. Each and every item of custom footwear that we produce is painted by hand, so we can literally create any design you can dream up. If you’re looking for some inspiration, we find that family members, bands, celebrities, cartoon characters, pets, and even random patterns are popular choices.

We buy all of the shoes that we customise direct from their manufacturer such as Adidas, Nike, Converse etc. So, you can rest assured that you’ll be buying 100% genuine merchandise when you shop with us. In instances where the manufacturer has sold out of the size you need, we’ll only buy from a reputable company like Office, Footlocker, or JD Sports. We’re able to paint any kind of canvas or leather shoe, so we aren’t limited to any specific styles or brands.

Because of the huge amount of planning, skill, and effort that goes into creating every pair of our hand-painted trainers, we require full payment upfront to secure you own bespoke design. We accept payment via cash, card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

You can be confident that your custom sneakers will have their design fully waterproofed with a finishing protective layer, so you can go out in the rain confidently, knowing your cool design won’t be damaged. But if the actual material of your chosen shoe isn’t waterproof to begin with, be aware your feet may still get soaked if you go out in wet weather!

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email dispatch confirmation including your tracking information as well as any other details that are relevant to your order.

As every order that we create is customised and made by hand to your specifications, we can’t accept any returns or issue a refund or exchange. Before you pay for your order, please ensure that you’re entirely satisfied with the design and sizing, so you won’t be disappointed.

Our custom shoes are all painted by hand by our skilled artists. We work with you to find out your precise requirements, then we draw up a design for your approval. If you’re happy with what we’ve created, we buy your chosen shoe directly from the manufacturer (if necessary) and get to work, painting your design!

We’d love to bring your own custom footwear design to life! While we’re happy to come up with imaginative designs based on our own ideas or your vision, we also get excited about rendering your own design onto canvas or leather. Just get in touch with us and let us know what you’ve got in mind!

We use a protective waterproof finish on your design to make sure that it won’t be damaged by inclement weather but remember that any pair of shoes only has a finite lifespan. The more often you wear your custom trainers, the more wear and tear they’ll experience – nothing lasts forever! But that’s good news, because then you can order a new pair of hand-painted trainers and start expressing yourself all over again!

Our turnaround time is between 3 and 4 weeks, although the length of time it will take to make your custom footwear will depend on the design you’ve chosen and the amount of detail needed. The most complex designs may take a little longer to complete.
